Jeremy Cantor has been animating professionally for nearly 15
years.
He recently completed a 7-year stint as an animation supervisor at
Sony Imageworks and previously held that title at Tippett Studio in
Berkeley.

Prior to Tippett, Jeremy worked as an artist and animator in the
Video Games industry and once upon a time paid the rent as a
freelance illustrator and storyboard artist.
During his career, Jeremy managed to complete 3 CG shorts that
have been featured in various festivals and DVD collections, and he
recently started his new day-job as the Animation Director for
Insomniac Games (in Burbank), best known for the Playstation 2's
popular Ratchet & Clank series.
In his spare time, Jeremy taught CG Character Animation at both
the California Institute of the Arts in Valencia and online at
AnimationMentor.com, and he has also presented lectures at venues
such as the Gnomon School of Visual Effects, the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology and the annual Game Developer's
Conference.
Jeremy is also the co-author of Inspired 3D Short Film Production,
which is currently available at a physical or online bookstore near
you.
